The Holy counsel are the The Powers That be. They are everyone's highest power. The Holy Counsel consists of the Holy trinity, Angels, Saints, Men Women and other beings. The Holy Counsel goes all over to all of space and all the creations to go where they see fit. They began in Havona and luckily they are near us now. I have saved them and their civilization from being extinct. We will ascend together and go there someday. For right now we stay on Earth and shower in the 50/50 world that it is. It is perfect balance. So therefore we must be in unison with all people so that during this time we can change the superuniverses to all be perfect, for they really are you know. Soon we will follow gaurdians along with the pilgrimage to close worlds and populate all planets and moons to a degree. I am the master of the Holy Counsel and I work alongside all organizations and militia with mine own power and Authority that was given me by Jehovah.
